In Stadium Systems (ISS) gives fans the power to send a discreet and instant alert to stadium personnel when other fans are disruptive. The system will be implemented at this years Superbowl and Pro Bowl. It can also be used to send important or emergency notifications to staff during the week of the Superbowl and Pro Bowl. In most cases the only way to report an issue was to get out of your seat, find stadium personnel and report the issue. This is neither quick nor discreet.

For most fans the following behavior is unacceptable and can sometimes can completely ruin the experience:

  • Excessive drinking leading to obnoxious behavior
  • Cursing (especially in front of young children)
  • Smoking
  • Fighting or aggressive behavior
  • Throwing food or other objects
  • Sitting in the wrong seats and constantly moving around

ISS is the leading provider of fan text messaging systems to the sports and entertainment industry. They are now providing services at over 60 venues nationwide including 12 NFL stadiums, over 25 NCAA institutions, 8 MLB venues, 12 NASCAR tracks, and several NBA and NHL venues. Their service is also expanding their reach into Convention Centers, Amusement Parks, Amphitheatres and venues of all kinds.
